In 1952, after six
successful years in Hollywood, eight prestigious films and an L.A. stage performance in
Tennessee Williams "Hello From Bertha," Jayne returned to New York
planning to resume her career on Broadway. Instead, she became accidentally involved in
T.V. In 1952, Director Sidney Lumet cast her in an intensely dramatic role in
the popular "Danger" series. Thereafter the phone never stopped
ringing. |

Jayne guest-starred on almost every major dramatic, comedy, variety, game,

City. Jayne has continued to appear on television ever since.
